I was very sad to hear the news of Simon’s passing and send my condolences to his family. Simon was an excellent English teacher and I will be forever grateful to him for the way he supported and encouraged my development over the years. I will remember him most fondly from my time on the school’s debating team. A tremendous coach with a unrelenting drive for success led to many an entertaining moment on the debating circuit! He will be sorely missed.
